Cooking Class♪

We had a cooking class yesterday after a long time.

The menu was gratin, tomato salad and cream puff☆
I mede tomato salad and other members made gratin and cream puff.

They were very delicious!!
　
I like cooking class but food value calculation is very very troublesome...

Next week, We will make Japanese dish♪♪

Osechi☆

I made "Osechi" in cooking class. It is Japanese New Year's dishes♪
We ate 11 kinds of dishes. They are very delicious！！

Today, I made "kani-tama" and "tinjao-rosu" and "mahowapin"☆

"Kani-tama" is omelet of crab thickened with powderd kudzu.

"Tinjao-rosu" is stir-fry of beef and green pepper.

"Mahowapin" is Chinese fried sweet.

They were very delicious♪♪
